As Director, Residencies and Networks, Nicole manages the Bellagio residency program, overseeing strategic planning, outreach, selection, and curation of residents. Additionally, she develops engagement opportunities for Bellagio alumni.
Prior to joining the Convenings and Networks team, Nicole spent nearly four years in The Rockefeller Foundation’s Innovation program, where she contributed to shaping and executing the Foundation’s New Frontiers initiative. Her work included research, incubation grantmaking, and network building.
Prior to The Rockefeller Foundation, Nicole worked as a researcher and writer in food and agricultural policy, and at The Ohio State University where her work focused on food, agricultural, and environmental sustainability. Prior to that, she spent nearly a decade in program and communications roles at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women (UN Women).
Nicole received a BA from Fordham University and an MPA with a focus on Public and Nonprofit Management and Policy from New York University’s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service.
